Because of your shopping and donations, we were able to help feed families this Thanksgiving. Thank you for choosing to support Community Value & Thrift — together, we’re spreading kindness right here in our community! 💙

We have some HUGE SHOUTOUTS still left to give — because these donations weren’t just generous… they were game-changers for our Annual Turkey Drive.

Community Value & Thrift Center donated $3,200 — enough to cover full Thanksgiving meals for MANY local families all on its own! (PS. It's also one of our favorite places to shop! On top of the amazing deals and sweet people who work there, we love the shop kitties!)

Fatboy Grease Trap Services donated $500, helping us pack carts with the shelf-stable staples and extras that make a real difference in the weeks beyond the holiday. These boxes were PACKED beyond anything we've ever been able to offer in the past.

Lakepointe Church donated $2,000, providing the support needed to ensure families received not just a turkey, but full meals, snacks, and additional groceries. It also allowed for us to donate a ton of additional groceries to the Forney Food Pantry who continue to serve this mission every single day.

We also had 1500 items-chips, tasty cakes, & donuts-donated to us by Canteen Vending Company, allowing us to give these families plenty of tasty treats to make the holidays sweet!

Because of community partners like these, we were able to feed 250 families — families who would have otherwise gone without a Thanksgiving celebration. Their generosity didn’t just fill boxes… it filled homes with warmth, dignity, and relief.

We saw people crying with joy over these donations, and none of it would be even remotely possible without the incredible businesses and people of this community.

We are deeply, truly grateful.
