Wyandot County DD is partnering with The Getaway Workshop 🎨 for a Make-and-Take Event.☃

We can't believe that we are coming to the end of our Market Monday season. Since we have so many seasons until next year, we couldn't stop at just one. This week's "block party" will be a reversible, which means you get 2 designs for 1 price.

Come in and see us during the last Market Monday at Village of Forest Market Square for this Scarecrow/Turkey "block" party at The Getaway Workshop.

The set is $10 and includes the blocks, stencils, paint, and brushes. This is a Market Monday special price, so be sure to stop in for this block set between 4-7 pm.

Congratulations to our coloring contest winners. Bella Milum was the winner in the 5 and under category, Madilyn Sellars was the winner in the 6-10 category, and Aubrie Baldwin was the winner in the 11 and over category. Aubrie also won the best overall.

Thank you to everyone who participated. Everyone did an amazing job!

Join us tonight during the National Night Out to enter our coloring contest. The fun kicks off at 6:00 PM and judging of this contest will be at 8:00 PM.

This is a FREE event to honor our first responders. Food, fun and prizes so come out for a great night in downtown Forest, Ohio.

We still have spots available for the FREE kids pop-up workshop today from 11 to 2. If you can stand at a table, can hold a paintbrush and are a kid....this event is for you. Come see us at the splash pad pavilion anytime between 11 and 1:30.

Calling all kids!!! Who is ready for the FREE kids pop-up workshop this Saturday at the Tree Town Festival? This year, the event will be held at the splash pad shelter house from 11 am to 2 pm on Saturday, so this can be a rain or shine event (but let's cross our fingers for NO RAIN).

This workshop will be a 5.25 inch wooden block to jazz up your favorite place...and we have so many designs to choose from! Each block is numbered at the bottom corner of each design.

This is a pre-register event, and spots are limited. You can register and choose your design here on this page or by calling 419-273-5115 before Friday. You can also register Friday night and Saturday morning before the event at the festival....just look for The Getaway Workshop tent across from the splash pad. We will need your first and last names and the design you would like to create.

We are so excited to see all of you again this year! Thank you to the Tree Town Festival Committee for sponsoring this event!
