Even if you have you may not know much about our royal mascot and how he came to be king!

One fateful day, sixteen years ago in 2010, Marlene Gabris the owner of BrainyZoo Toys was at a trade show in Southern California looking for the new best toys of the year. Little did she know who she would find...

When visiting a long time friend at the show, she spotted the now well known bear in a booth nearby. It was love at first sight! She knew instantly THAT bear must come home with her. The only problem was bringing him all the way to Sacramento. Thankfully, her friend knew a friend that they could borrow their truck to take him all the way to BrainyZoo! He was crowned King Roary the mascot of BrainyZoo Toys the moment he arrived and the rest is history!

Roary can currently be found at our Sutter Street Location at his castle, guarding our Birthday Boxes! So be sure to stop by, say hello, and take a picture!
