To all my new followers, welcome mis amores! And to the day 1s, love y’all so much and thank you for the endless support and encouragement ♥️.

My name is Glo, a Queens, NY native residing in the suburbs. I started my business July of 2022 when I did my very first pop-up event on Long Island. The turn out was amazing and opened my eyes to so many possibilities! The downside was the timing. After having my twins in 2019, I suffered from postpartum depression and anxiety. It hit me so hard and honestly I didn’t know how to cope. So for the first year of my business, I was on and off. There was no consistency whatsoever. I have been on a healing journey but of course there’s been many hurdles. I finally started to feel a little like myself or at least a new version of normality during the last quarter of last year. That’s when I’ve been nonstop building this beautiful business of mine. I have met so many amazing people and participated in soooo many great markets. Starting a business from scratch is not for the weak!!! It’s hard and exhausting. However, I hold ambitious aspirations for the future of my brand, aspiring to make a meaningful difference in my community while striving for continual growth and progress.

Here’s the current truth, I haven’t been okay for the past few weeks. I feel like I’m hanging onto the thinnest thread. I’ve had a couple of breakdowns while sharing how I’ve been feeling to my husband. I don’t know or understand where these emotions come from but I hate them. This is not a pity party post. It’s just me being raw and honest.

So for this new season, I will be focusing on my wellbeing, taking my time with my business and making some new changes. I am driven by a mission to delve deeper into hormonal health, mental well-being, and physical wellness, seeking greater understanding and knowledge.. This journey is different. I look forward to sharing with you all so much more. Here’s to a new era 💕 oh, and thanks for reading this long ass post 😂♥️

Sometimes I get called to pull some affirmations cards. Today’s personal pull has me in my feels. I am not the same woman I was just a few years ago. I was in such a dark place dealing with horrible postpartum depression and anxiety. It was extremely scary since I didn’t go through that with my other children. I am so proud of how hard I fought my way out of it. Maybe I’m not 100% yet and I have so much to work on, but I am so much more stronger than I was before. I’m learning to listen to my body more. Your body knows what it needs to heal. Self love isn’t just about getting your nails done, doing a face routine, and going out. Sometimes it’s just allowing yourself to feel it all. To learn your triggers and find out why they’re triggering you. To be accepting to the many changes. It’s also learning how to let go of what isn’t serving you anymore. The journey of healing and loving myself continues… 📝
