We're celebrating the 10th Anniversary of Joe's Appliance Service!

Have a great 4th of July! We opened on the 1st of July 10 years ago.

I was in the office all day returning calls but, I'm still working on catching up. I'll be finishing tomorrow, I just simply can't do more today!

I still have about 30 phone calls until caught up! Thank you for your patience.

We apologize for the vagueness, but we will not be available during regular hours tomorrow. Due to an emergency closure initiated on Sunday, we are still addressing the situation. Although we have made efforts to resolve the issue, we require additional time. We anticipate returning to normal operations by tomorrow afternoon or Friday. We are working diligently to respond to phone calls as soon as possible. All service calls canceled or missed since Sunday will receive priority, so we appreciate your patience. We regret any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

Please be patient with us as we return to the office. We are still recovering and have been quite sick. We are coming back slowly from the illness. I'll be trying to catch up but it's going to take me some time! Those calls that were canceled and those waiting on parts will be contacted first to get scheduled! We will be working on going through the messages and hopefully get you called back in the next few days.

Thank you for all being patient with our vacation absence the last 2 weeks of June!

Here's why we took a few weeks off... We renewed our vows for our 25th Anniversary! We've been together for 32 years.

Our customers are the best, much love to you all. We wanted to share this special moment with you all. Thank you for being a part of our lives.

Please be aware that we currently have no openings for NEW Service calls until early July.

We will be taking vacation from June 16th to July 5th. We will be closed during that time. Our hours will vary between June 10th and June 15th.

If you have a call currently active and are waiting on parts, we will contact you and get you on the schedule to finish the call before we leave if at all possible.
