Dont buy from RockAuto.com , crappy customer service, and parts do mot arrive on time even when you pay for overnight shipping.
I recently made my first purchase from them, even though sometitold me not to.
I need a part for my Jeep by the weekend. I placed the order before 10 AM their time, paid extra overnight shipping to ensure I received the part before the weekend.
I received shipping notice, the next day I checked shipping to see when it would arrive and the shipping company tracking showed that only a label, I even spoke to my normal driver and he said that the item was not picked up.
I contacted RockAuto.com via email since they do not take phone calls, and they refuse to help me saying it was the UPS amd not that.

Shame on you ROCKAUTO, you have lost a customer for life and will never recommend your company. All you had to do to make it right was refund the extra $35 for not getting it shipped on time.
