How can someone be put on house arrest for a 4th degree misdemeanor? How can all your constitutional rights be taken away for a 4th degree misdemeanor?
My husband has been falsely accused and now we’re leaving in hell!!!
People need to speak up!
When wrong is wrong people need to stand together. If they can do it to him, they can do it to anyone.

Falsely accused! House arrest for a 4th degree misdemeanor. My 2nd amendment rights are being violated.

Need some assistance/advice. What do you do when you’re falsely accused of something?
We have been through living hell because of our neighbors!!! We were deer hunting with a bow and two other men. Mike shot a buck, but it was not a good shot, got him in the shoulder. Buck took off. I texted the two guys we were with and asked them to come down from the hill and help us find it. They did and when we realized we couldn’t go any farther because the blood trail went on neighbors property. We left and then about an hour later, police showed up and read us our rights. Neighbor said she was 95% sure her trail cam took our picture. It wasn’t it was the two guys who were with us!
Long story short, go to court and after numerous clean drug screenings tests for alcohol and MJ a test comes up positive for alcohol!!! Crazy but true! We go back one week later and PO says test was sent to lab and it’s NEGATIVE.
Does the judge take off the 2 ankles bracelets no? And the $25,000 cash bond NO!!
When you’re supposed to be “innocent under proven guilty” doesn’t apply here in Clermont County Ohio! You’re guilty until proven innocent.
So much corruption and injustice in this county! From the police to zoning to the judge.
