Chad ordered a ladder from us last fall. It worked great until he decided to mount another power pole. So with some modifications we were able to get him back on the lake so he didn’t miss that Bass Tournament he wanted to fish. In his words:

“Ladder is installed. Huge thank you”!

Skeeter 2017 SX220

Back in July of 2021 we sent Bill one of our standard ladders to put on his Bay boat. After he examined it he thought the trim tabs might be a little too close to the step and someone might cut their foot on it. So we made him a custom ladder he was happy with. Fast forward to April of 2026. A storm came through and did some damage to his boat, including the ladder. Bill called and asked if we could make a replacement that would bolt up in the same holes. I told him sure, we can do that. Here is what he had to say:

Kevin I have the ladder mounted back in place. Didn’t have to drill any new holes and it looks great. You and your people are professionals. In this day and age I really appreciate doing business with a man of his words.
