ur items. Monogramming Rates/Turnaround Times:
$10 - Single & 3-letter Monograms up to 4 inches.
$10 and up for Names, depending on size. All monogram orders turnaround in 3-5 business days. Often this can stretch to 5-7 business days during peak times, such as around the Holidays. We are sure to announce when our turnaround times are extended and when our Holiday closings take place. Business days are considered Monday-Friday with the exception of major holidays and our Holiday closings, which are announced in advance.
$15 Rush Fee (order turnaround within 48 hrs):
Please understand that we strive to provide excellent customer service by returning every customer's order in a timely manner. That being said, we understand that the need arises where a customer may need something stitched at the last minute. We are happy to accommodate such a circumstance, and will charge a Rush Fee to turnaround your order within 48 hrs. We are happy to meet with you for your monogramming needs outside of our business hours, as our schedule allows, please contact us for more info!
