"What Else Can You Do?"

Pastor T.D. Jakes famously asked this question when interviewing potential staff, “What else can you do?” He knew that for a mission to succeed, every team member... and every tool... needs to be versatile.

We built our backdrop panels with that exact philosophy in mind: creating a single system that functions across many roles to get the job done.

While most of our backdrops are featured on stage during Sunday mornings, as a former worship and arts director, I know that the church calendar is filled with much more. Our panels are designed to transition seamlessly between these various demands.

Take, for example, a church in Georgia that reached out to us. Their school was preparing to use the sanctuary for a graduation ceremony, and they needed a high-impact, quick-turnaround solution.

By collaborating on custom panel covers, we transformed their standard Sunday stage into a celebratory graduation set. The beauty of this system is the efficiency.

On Sundays, they use the plain panels; for special events, they simply snap on the custom covers. These covers are easily stored and ready to be used year after year.

This morning I received two pictures of what we created for them and I thought I would share this with you. On the side towers we had cutout covers made with the initials of the school for a Christmas event and then for graduation we collaborated on some younger kids in graduation caps and gowns.

In fact, they supplied the image of a couple of their kids standing in robes and hats holding hands. We traced the outline and came up with the panel covers for the center of their stage.

For Sundays they use the panels currently plain but for today they put up the covers for graduation. They will store them for the next year and the next.

This versatility provides incredible cost savings.

Instead of investing in entirely new sets for every event, you use the same foundational system and simply update the look.

Here are just a few ways you can maximize your backdrop system:

- Vacation Bible School (VBS)
- Youth Camps and special student events
- Weekend seminars, such as marriage retreats
- Concerts and community events

We are here to help you collaborate on ideas that make stage changes as simple as magnets or Velcro.

Give us a shout... we'd love to help you discover what else your stage can do.

Your screen doesn’t have to limit your stage design.

One thing we hear a lot is:
"We have a big screen… so we’re not sure what we can do around it."

The truth is, your screen can actually become the centerpiece of the design.

With modular panels, you can build around it, frame it, and extend the visual impact across the entire stage. Instead of the screen floating on an empty wall, it becomes part of a complete, intentional backdrop.

In this setup, the panels wrap the screen and carry the lighting across the whole stage, creating depth and consistency from end to end.

The result:
• The screen still leads the message
• The stage feels full and cohesive
• The lighting brings everything together

Sometimes the best stage designs don’t replace the screen…
they build around it.

✨ Simple pieces.
✨ Big visual impact.

When corporate clients need precision, clarity, and brand consistency — custom is the way to go.

Recently, ITA AV Solutions partnered with us to produce a fully customized backdrop package for their upcoming events, including:

• Gold + White “Rent-2-Own Lock In” logos
• “Annual Meeting 2026” on black
• Red pattern backgrounds
• Falling square patterns on white
• Custom black lock graphics (left + right facing)

Every element was built to integrate seamlessly into their large backdrop frames — giving them flexibility across multiple event looks while maintaining brand cohesion.

For our corporate partners, here’s what custom ordering looks like:

✔ Provide your graphic (.EPS or .AI file)
✔ Let us know your timeline (average 2–3 weeks)
✔ Share your frame count + layout
✔ We handle the file conversion and production

Because we don’t offer graphic design in-house, having production-ready artwork ensures a smooth and efficient process. Custom project design fees begin at $75/hour depending on scope, and detailed quotes are provided upfront.

The result? A modular, professional stage environment that elevates the entire room.

If your next annual meeting, conference, or corporate gathering needs a branded stage presence — let’s build it.

Multi-campus ministry doesn’t mean compromising design.

It means multiplying impact.

Earlier this year, one of our church partners in Massachusetts reached out about updating all of their campuses for Easter. They had previously installed our “Glass Mosaic” design across every location and loved the unity it created.

This time? They wanted to move forward with “Eternal Gateway.”

Here’s what makes this so powerful:

Same church.
Four campuses.
Completely different room layouts.

🔹 Main Campus (13W x 4H in a staircase layout)
🔹 Foxboro (split staircase design)
🔹 Wilmington, Watertown, Courtyard (two 3-panel towers per stage)

Different sizes.
Different configurations.
Different spatial challenges.

One cohesive design vision.

Our team reworked the Eternal Gateway artwork to fit each specific layout — making sure every campus felt unified while still honoring the architecture and scale of each space.

When the proofs went out, their response?

“Wow! These look fantastic! Once again we’re absolutely loving what y’all are able to put together.”

That’s the goal.

Not cookie-cutter.
Not one-size-fits-all.

But one message… visually reinforced across every room.

Because when campuses share a visual language, it strengthens identity, creates familiarity for guests, and builds momentum across the entire church — no matter the square footage.

Same design.
Tailored layouts.
Unified impact.

That’s the power of portable design done right.

What’s the ROI on a stage design investment like this?

Let’s break it down 👇

Year 1 (2026):
Structure + frame + design + accessories + lights
Total Investment: $5,636.82

That includes your full 6x3 setup, lighting, covers, shipping — everything you need to completely transform your stage.

Year 2 (2027):
Just a design refresh.
New print set + shipping: $920.00

That’s it.

Once you own the structure, a full set change costs less than 1/5 of the original investment.

Read that again.

You could update your entire stage five times in a single year and still not spend what you did the first year to purchase the structure.

That changes the conversation from:
“Can we afford a new stage design?”
to
“How often do we want to refresh the room?”

Your annual line-item budget can stay the same — but your creativity doesn’t have to.

The real ROI isn’t just dollars saved.
It’s flexibility.
It’s momentum.
It’s the ability to match your message with your environment — again and again.

Invest once.
Refresh as often as you want.

Church planters: what’s the real cost of setup each week? 🤔

A road case may seem like an investment upfront, but when you divide it by 52 Sundays… it’s just $30/week to roll in your entire stage design instead of carrying 5–7 boxes every time.

Protect your volunteers. Save time. Simplify your Sundays. 🙌

If you’ve ordered from us in the last 8 years, there’s a very good chance Jeff had a hand in it.

Jeff knows how to build every single product we make. From velcroing frames and coroplast panels together, to cutting magnetic covers on the CNC machine and setting every magnet in place — he’s done it all.

He’s the one carefully packing your order.
He’s the one building custom-sized boxes to make sure everything arrives safely.
He’s the one troubleshooting shop challenges before they ever become your problem.

And when deliveries show up? Jeff’s on the forklift unloading pallets and managing the inventory that keeps everything running smoothly.

What I love most is this: Jeff genuinely cares.
He cares that every panel fits right.
He cares that every cut is clean.
He cares that what leaves our shop is something we’re proud to put our name on.

In a world of “add to cart” and automated warehouses, Jeff is the reason your order still has craftsmanship behind it.
And we’re pretty thankful for that. 🙌

I used to think a quick product page or spec sheet was enough to help someone decide.

Then we started hopping on video calls—walking through our demo room, seeing their actual stage, and talking through what would really work in their space.

Now I believe a short video call is one of the most valuable parts of the process.

Because when we can show you how everything assembles, where the lighting works best, how easy it is to swap accessories—and tailor it all to your room—you don’t just buy a product. You gain confidence, clarity, and a partner who actually cares about getting it right for your space.

Question we hear a lot:

“Can I set this up by myself?”

Here’s the honest answer:

Absolutely—you can. 🙌
Each panel square weighs about 7 lbs and stacks together like Lego-style slip fittings. Each tower takes roughly 4 minutes to assemble, then you add your designs and accessories.
On your own, you can build a 20 ft wide x 8 ft tall backdrop wall in about 30–40 minutes.

(Lighting will take additional time.)

Why this question matters:
Because church setups shouldn’t depend on a full crew or add stress to already-busy Sundays. Easy, solo-friendly setup means less hassle, fewer volunteers needed, and more confidence on stage.

I used to think stage design problems had to be solved in the room—tape measures, mockups, and a whole lot of guesswork.

Then a FaceTime call with Catch the Fire Church in Effingham, IL proved otherwise. We walked through that awkward triangle corner behind the drums, talked vision, mapped out structure, accessories, lights, even gap covers… all from a screen.

Now I believe clarity + collaboration beat complexity every time. When a church can see how something comes together—and know it can grow with them—everything clicks.

Why this matters: your stage doesn’t need to be perfect to start. It just needs a plan that removes distractions now and supports your vision for the future.
And when a pastor sends a photo of his son preaching in front of a backdrop they love… that’s the win. 🙌

Here's exactly how we handle design consultations:

1. You send us a photo of your space
2. We create 2-3 design options in your actual space
3. We send concepts within 48 hours
4. You pick one, or we adjust and try again

Why we do it this way: Design shouldn't be guesswork. You need to SEE it in YOUR space before spending a dollar.

Most companies send generic examples and hope you can imagine it. We'd rather show you exactly what you're getting.

No surprises. No 'That's not what I pictured.' Just confidence.
