MazePlay
Mazeplay Customers,
We wanted to take a moment to clear up some incorrect information that may have been shared recently by SimpleTix regarding MazePlay and Farmpass. We are aware of an email that was sent out by SimpleTix to our customers.
To clarify:
MazePlay is our primary company and has not been acquired. MazePlay remains independently owned and operated and continues to function exactly as it always has.
Farmpass was our online ticketing service under MazePlay and we have chosen to partner with Beyonk for online ticketing.
This partnership is not the result of an acquisition or buyout, and MazePlay has not been purchased by Beyonk or any other company.
No one is being “forced” into a new system due to an acquisition. This change was a strategic decision made by our team to provide additional features and long-term benefits for Farmpass users.
MazePlay will remain the same company you’ve always worked with, and our mission and commitment to serving the agritourism community have not changed. The Mazeplay partnership with Beyonk is simply a new option for ticketing this year and does not affect MazePlay’s ownership or independence.
We believe transparency is important, and we want you to hear updates directly from us. We’ll be sharing more details soon, including an upcoming webinar where we’ll walk through the Beyonk ticketing platform, answer questions, and provide clarity on what this means for you.
