I can't be the only one that endlessly makes plans for my life just to have everything shift in an unexpected direction....right?

It happens to us all.

Repeatedly.

So I've learned to try to just go with the shift. Not fight it. Process the loss of my expected plan and embrace the plan given to me instead.

I'm still not great at it but when I am successful in doing this, life becomes lighter and brighter.

I definitely do!

But when it's my turn and I need grace, I'm not so sure I'm giving it to myself.

We don't have to live stressed. We can find joy in even the busy day to day.

Do you ever just go outside, feel the warm sunshine on your skin, hear the breeze blowing gently through the trees, and just know that everything is going to be ok?

I do. Nature is so healing for me. So freeing. It lifts weights from my shoulders and helps me breathe more deeply.

Some days, when I don't have time for an outdoor adventure I go outside, take off my shoes, and feel the cool grass on my feet. Even this is so grounding for me.

So grateful for this beautiful place we call home.

Absolutely proud. We are all walking different roads but one thing is the same...they can be a hard road to travel somet...
