When we find a good buy, some of us get one and are satisfied, others like me are collectors. Soon my house over flows and is bursting at the seams. There are shoes and clothes worn once and then discarded; gifts never given and gifts I received appreciating the thought, but really not to my liking. In 2009 I opened MyH2Y to share my treasurers with others. It is a magic

al place filled with great buys – more boutique than second hand. Each item has a history, a memory and a place of importance in my life. An item reminds me of a favorite vacation, the birth of a son, the loss of a loved one, the embrace of a color, a style change in home décor or a toy I had wished for as a child. My House 2 Yours has it all, clothes for infant, children, teens and adults. My favorite clothing was always After Five attire which inspired me to have a Glitz and Glam room with one of kind items, Faux Fur, Mink, Leather, designer hand bags, semi-precious and precious gems. Oh did I mention gold, rose, yellow and white along with sterling silver. At MYH2Y books, CD’s, DVD’s, Home Décor, toys, school and office supplies co-exist with my other favorite passion jewelry, many pieces being one of a kind. Didn't realize I had as much merchandise in the store. New location was not suitable given my lack of space all on one floor. I am using that site for storage only. While I still search for a new site with at least 1200 - 1500 square feet. Will keep you posted when I find it. In the meantime visit me at the Fife Antique Mall next door to the Poodle Dog in Fife. Repairs have been made. Back in business. It is hard being a small business owner. If you are visible on an open street it can be great for business, however, you also become a target for vandals and break-ins. I am grateful for good customers who always look out for me. Going to the store today. Another attempted break-in on yesterday. Customers called me immediately and the police. Grateful for them. Always more property damage than what is taken. Hard for small business to thrive when such occurrences become more frequent. Happy though for great customers, friends and family. Repairs will be started today. Today was the big sale. It will still happen!

Looking forward to being at the store on Saturday. I love the fall and the start of the Holiday Season. It seems to bring out the niceness in people. Sharing with those less fortunate is good to do year round.

I'm missing my nephew Alex already. WSU starts on Monday, August 22nd. He is leaving today. Alex did an excellent job this summer, opening/closing on schedule and delivering good customer service. He also reorganized the space to make it more functional. Thank-you Alex! Oh yes, he did get paid for his wonderful services.

Football Season is here. Yesterday's customers came in looking for Seahawks gear.Ordered some cheer dresses for customers and sweat suits for their kids. Had fun hanging out with my nephew. Love the young adult years, full of ideas. Rushed off to a family meeting after closing the store. Went surpisely well. Alex had the floor.
