Hand-waxed the Vermont way 🧀

After smoking over natural corn cobs, each bar of Dakin Farm Smoked Cheese is carefully dipped in wax by hand. The wax coating helps protect the cheese, retain moisture, and preserve the rich, smoky flavor developed in our smokehouse.

It's an old-fashioned process we still do by hand because some traditions are worth keeping.
