The Purple Dove Resale Center Fernandina Beach/Yulee is just one arm of Micah’s Place - the only certified nonprofit charity hosting a safe shelter, victim’s services and more to benefit the victims of domestic violence in Nassau County, Florida, as well as their children. This Center plays an invaluable role by not only generating income for domestic violence programs and awareness, but it also a
ssists individuals who are fleeing unhealthy home situations who may be in need of clothing and other personal items to function. We also assist those in recovery with household items and furniture as they reestablish safe residency - all at no cost.. Micah’s Place is a community-based nonprofit which provides a wide array of direct services, including a 24 hour Crisis Hotline, Domestic Violence Shelter, Court Advocacy, Counseling, Outreach Services and Domestic Violence Prevention Education.
