The back to school drive is this Saturday! We still have a huge need for school supplies donations!

Donations can always be dropped off during store hours. If these times aren’t convenient for you, please reach out and we can arrange something.

If you would prefer to give a monetary donation, those can also be dropped off during store hours or given through cash app.

The Blessing Closet is open Tuesday’s, Thursday’s, and Saturdays 11am-6pm. The store will also be open this Saturday during the school drive for people to go get clothes, and shoes for back to school.

The store will also be open for regular customers as well.

Hey everyone.

This is Shawna the president and founder of Action Ministries/The Blessing Closet.

I have never wanted to make a post like this, but unfortunately I have to. The Blessing Closet has been financially struggling lately. As you can probably imagine it’s difficult to run a free store to help people and get the funds needed to pay the bills necessary for operation. As of right now we are behind on rent with very little left in the bank.

This isn’t us announcing that we are closing. We believe in what we do, and we know we help a lot of people in many different situations. We will continue to fight and push through this to keep the store open.
However we need to ask for help right now.

We currently pay $900 a month plus utilities.
If anyone would like to help and has the means to do so, monetary donations can be made to our cash app which is attached. Cash or checks can also be dropped off during store hours. Checks can also be mailed to 510 E. Adolphus Ave Fergus Falls, MN 56537. If you write a check please make it payable to Action Ministries Inc.

We are a 501c3, so tax receipts can be given.
