🚨 BREAKING SCOTUS RULING 🚨

In a major 9-0 unanimous decision today, the Supreme Court ruled that the federal government cannot automatically strip cannabis users of their Second Amendment rights!

The case (U.S. v. Hemani) involved a Texas man who faced federal gun charges simply because he was a regular ma*****na user, even though he wasn't accused of any violent behavior or being actively intoxicated while holding a weapon.

Writing for the Court, Justice Neil Gorsuch noted that with cannabis legal in over half the country, the government can't just assume millions of regular users are "categorically dangerous."

⚠️ Important Caveat: The ruling is relatively narrow. It doesn’t mean you can be actively high while carrying a firearm, and it doesn't entirely strike down the federal law for severe drug addiction. But it’s a massive shift in how the intersection of cannabis use and gun ownership is treated under the law.
