***PLEASE READ BEFORE CLAIMING ITEMS***
I AM LOCATED IN HIGH RIDGE OFF HWY 30 BETWEEN DILLON RD AND HIGH RIDGE BLVD.
First and foremost please do not join my page if you are unable/not willing to pick up from my home all pick ups will be at my HOME!!!
If you want an item, please say, interested, me, ill take, etc. (questions about an item does not mean you've claimed it)by commenting on the actual pic of the item you want. Sending a message to me saying you want an item does not give you dibs. Neither does commenting on a group of photos. ONLY comment on individual photo.

PICK UP HOURS:
I am normally available to get bags set out within a few hours of claiming unless I'm out of town. I have 24 hours to set items out if I am in town.
I only hold items for 3 days and if you can not pick up by then they will be resold. I also accept payment via PayPal if you pay I will hold your order until you are able to pickup. If I have to re-list your order more then once I will remove you from the page.
PICK UPS:
Your bag will be out on the porch unless we discuss otherwise. I write your name and total on a strip of paper that will be attached to your bag. Make sure you grab the correct bag. Please leave the money in the envelope.
*** If you do not want an item after you have claimed it you can resale it, but do not pass on it after it is bagged and you set up a date to pick up. Thank you.***

CONSIGNMENT:
As far as consigning goes, you bring the items to me, with your name on the totes.(trash bags and boxes will not be accepted unless you already have a totes with room in it here, all items in good condition, smoke free home) I do all the work, (take pictures, price, post them) and we split profits 50/50. I ask that you drop off ONE TOTE at a time. After a few weeks (usually 2 weeks) I'll reduce price or have a 50% off sale for any items that haven't been sold. after 30 days we can set up something to pick up your items or I can donate them for you if you do not want them back.. If consignor fails to pick up their remaining items & earned money, within time frame agreed upon, (2 weeks) , all proceeds/items will be kept. ALL CONSIGNORS NEED TO INITIAL IN COMMENTS THAT YOU AGREE/UNDERSTAND.
RULES:
1.If you purchase an item from me. And it doesn't fit or you do not like it and you want to resale it that's fine.
2. Do not claim an item and then have me hold it and then say it looks to big/small I don't want it. That's rude and I could have had it sold to someone else. You will need to pick up and resell yourself.
