The prosecutor tried to use Rittenhouse’s invocation of his Fifth Amendment rights in the aftermath of the shooting against him, and the judge rightly goes off on him. This is a corrupt lawyer who knows that’s not allowed, but is desperate because he has no case. Scumbag should be sanctioned.

This is a teenager who had to use deadly force to save his own life. If he hadn’t been armed, he would have been killed by an angry mob. It’s clear that he knows that and has been traumatized by the experience. A clear case of self-defense.
