Hello from Shooting Star Prints LLC. Thank you for choosing us to be your go to place for custom printing. You can order Custom Items that are not shown. If you have an idea, we can design it for you for a fee. You can order custom items by sending us an email. With Shooting Star Prints, there are no order minimums. SHOOTING STAR PRINTS LLC POLICIES
You must own the image, have the copyright permissions or obtain a written release form from the copyright holder in order for us to use your images. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse use of any images, images with pictures, text, or artwork that we deem adult themed, offensive, obscene, racial, etc. or anything promoting such things. Please Note that images with large white areas may show the color of the shirt beneath the imprint. White shirts are recommended for designs with lots of pastel or light colors. Graphics Design Team
If you use our graphics design team, PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL GRAPHICS CREATED BY SHOOTING STAR PRINTS LLC BELONG TO THE DESIGNER/ SHOOTING STAR PRINTS UNLESS YOU PURCHASE THE RIGHTS FROM THE DESIGNER OR SHOOTING STAR PRINTS LLC. You may Purchase Full Rights to graphics pertaining to corporate identity and logos, and the source file unless otherwise specified. Copying from this site is permitted for individual personal use only. Copying any part including the design for any other use without written permission from Shooting Star Prints LLC is prohibited. Payment is due when you place your order and receive your invoice. PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE THE START OF ANY ORDER. Please be advised that after you pay, it may take up to 72 hours before funds are deposited and received. Returns and Product Guarantee
No Refunds
Customer satisfaction is priority. We have a No Refund Policy. We guarantee to replace/exchange any item that is defective in materials and or our workmanship within 7 days of order delivery. We do not reimburse for the cost of items that you provide that have our products applied to them or inaccurate sizing. We cannot be held responsible for products that have been washed with soap containing bleach or harsh detergents with bleach or bleach properties. Return in like new condition within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us if there are any disputes and before returning any items. Logo Use
Using a professional, college, copyrighted or corporate custom designs for the purpose of financial gain will require a license. The unauthorized use of registered trademarks and copyrighted logos is prohibited without a license. When manufacturing products with these logos, we assume that you have obtained permission to do so. We reserve the right to ask you for written confirmation of this permission. Shooting Star Prints LLC does not accept any liability for any unauthorized use of such materials. We reserve the right to refuse to print or design any order or parts of an order that is offensive or may be in violation of any legal statue. Shipping
On average, orders will Ship within 14 BUSINESS Days from receipt of payment. Please be advised that after you pay, it may take up to 48 hours Monday-Thursday and up to 72 hours Friday-Sunday before funds are received. For large orders, shipping times may vary but typically ship within a minimum of 15 or more Business Days depending on the order size. Shipping time frame will be discussed with you for larger orders. There are some custom items that take longer to process. These items processing time is around 14 to 24 business days and will be noted. Shooting Star Prints LLC is not responsible for delays in shipping due to holidays or factors beyond our control involving our shipping affiliates.
