I'm very sorry if you haven't received your packages. I did mail them out but for some reason they end up and DHL I sent them by USPS. I also did sent back refunds and my understanding you guys haven't received yet. I will check into that also. Please allow me some time I'm very sick with my Lupus. But I will stay in touch.
