We’re looking for someone who can help keep BOTH our in-store and online business running smoothly.
Responsibilities will include:
📦 Pulling, packing & shipping online orders daily
💻 Processing and managing online orders
🛍️ Providing excellent customer service in-store & online
💬 Responding to customer questions and messages
💳 Running the register & assisting customers with purchases
👚 Restocking, organizing & merchandising the sales floor
🏷️ Pricing and tagging new inventory
📸 Helping with product photos/content when needed
📱 Assisting with social media & online sales
📦 Receiving and organizing inventory
🧹 Keeping the store clean, organized & ready for customers
✨ Helping with the everyday tasks that keep a small business running!
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Friendly and comfortable talking with customers
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using a computer and learning our online systems
• Able to stay productive during slower store hours
• Comfortable with social media
• Willing to jump in wherever help is needed
Retail, customer service, shipping/fulfillment, or e-commerce experience is a PLUS — but we’re willing to train the right person!
This position is perfect for someone who understands that working for a small business means wearing a few different hats. 🤎
