📚 Take yourself to the library. Pick a good book that catches your eye.

🚶‍♂️Take a quiet walk. Leave the headphones at home. Notice the trees, the sky, and the people around you.

🍳 Cook something new. Put on your favorite music, pour yourself a cup of tea, and make dinner just for you.

🎨 Return to an old hobby. Remember the things you loved before life got so busy.

✍️ Write about the life you’re creating. Journal about where you want to be—not just what you need to accomplish.

🛁 Have an everything shower or relaxing bath. Put your phone away. Take your time. You don’t have to rush.

🎬 Take yourself to the movies. Favorite snacks. Comfy clothes. Your favorite seat. No one else’s schedule to consider.

🍽️ Take yourself on a date. Go to that restaurant you’ve been wanting to try. Sit down and enjoy your own company.

🌅 Watch the sunset. Put on an album you love and simply let the day come to an end.

✨ Dream about the rest of your year. Make a mood board. Write down your dreams. Imagine where you could be by December.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, both pear and white tea are considered cooling in nature.

When work keeps you up late or when sleep just doesn’t come easily, it can sometimes show up as feeling overheated or experiencing skin breakouts. TCM describes this as “internal heat”.
