Hello Friends! It’s been a crazy year for us and about to get crazier.
We are making a huge change in our lives, and it’s something we’ve been praying a lot about.
Later this year, we will be moving to Iowa so we can be closer to Jess and Aylah. It’s not exactly where we thought we might end up, but sometimes life takes you in directions you never expected—and here we are.
We really didn’t want to move all the way to Minnesota, so we chose Iowa, close to the Minnesota border, and still not that far to family in IL.
That means it’s time for us to find a new family for our little piece of heaven here in Illinois. 🏡❤️
So, if you know someone looking for a 20-acre hobby farm just outside of town, where they can have livestock, with a year-round creek, city water, city gas, and a 3-bedroom home that was completely remodeled from the studs to the walls, please send them our way!
We are hoping to be ready to start showing the property within the next month.
I’m not going to answer questions about the farm here on Facebook, but please feel free to message us privately if you or someone you know may be interested.
This is definitely bittersweet. We have put a lot of love, work, and memories into this place, and saying goodbye won’t be easy. But we’re excited about this next chapter and being closer to our Girls! ❤️🏡

About the business Star Metal Art. We will be trying to sell the business and equipment. Not really interested in taking it with us. So if you want an order for Christmas and can get it to us in the next month we will get it done for you. Please don’t wait because I’m not sure how fast all this is gonna go. We will still be doing Spoon River Drive @ The Moose Lodge in Farmington. Only the first weekend which is Oct 3 and 4th. Thanks so much! Please share our post.
