2026 is off to a good start! Three flags have been auctioned for charity with close to $2000 raised already. This flag ended with a winning bid of $1000 by an extremely patriotic couple who will display it proudly. The Folds of Honor event last night was amazing and raised over $300,000 for scholarships to be awarded to the children of our fallen heroes. I am blessed to be a part of such an organization.

I just received an update from the Tunnel to Towers organization. They auctioned off two of my flags at two separate golf outings. One sold for $500. The other outing had several athletes and celebrities in attendance that signed the flag. I am thrilled that the flag sold for $10,000! These are the names of those that signed the flag. A Farmington Hills businessman and great supporter of the Farmington Hills Benevolent Fund requested a unique flag custom made for his office. I hope to get a photo of the flag on display, but I was able to obtain some antique hose from 1969 with brass couplings and make this flag for him.

Folds of Honor held an event in Oklahoma honoring their founder, Retired Air Force Lt. Colonel Dan Rooney. I shipped one flag and they had six individuals that had extremely high bids. They requested five more flags to be sent directly to the buyers who all paid $7500 each! I am waiting for the last address to ship out, but to date the new total Fire Hose Flags has raised for Veteran and First Responder charities has reached over $75,000!
