The Hofner Senator was released in 1952 as a mid-level priced archtop. This example, from 1958, is shown here in its original Blonde finish. These models were made famous by the likes of John Lennon, Peter Green, and Jimmy Page in their early days, making them quite desirable.

We absolutely love the grain on the front of this guitar, and then you flip it over and BAM! there's beautiful flame on the back and sides! It's also outfitted with a Compensator tailpiece, triple-dot fretboard inlays, and dual bound f-holes.
