This is why we train each person on how to use Dillon presses. Brand new right out of the box. Had a burr on head that was binding the indexing ring & not letting it fully return. Took it apart polished out burr now it wooks flowlessly. You would not get that or understand it if not knowing why its not working. This is why we train on Dillon!
