Often times people question what I see in the "junk" I bring home; however, after the "junk" is refinished they are able to finally see what I had originally saw. This is a hobby and a side business to me. I appreciate your support and following along the way!

Been a year and a half since we’ve moved out of the city and into the country where we have more land, privacy and living space. It took about 6 months for Ern to set up his workshop which is still a work in progress. He now has a long stretch of the basement with different stations instead of the small basement room he was previously working in. It’s been a long journey to get where we are today but it sure was worth diving into the unknown!

Second pic is of a massive white oak dining table in the clamps. This will be our table that I’ve been dreaming up for some time now and Ern is making a reality!

Well the colors are wild. Here’s another scrap wall art project. Erns tablesaw died. Apparently, most all stores are sold out of job site saws because of the apocalypse so we had to order one online and it will be here this week. Once it he we will make the frame either out of maple or walnut, but I think walnut may be too dark. What do you think??

Progress shot two. This is the cute little scrap project Ern and I did together yesterday. Picture isn’t doing justice to the color as the lines are a sage green but look grey. I love the little triangle walnut details. Now to add a walnut border and call it done!

Now those are some solid plugs! Two corbels made to hold up another desk top for a customer. They will both be painted.
