We are often asked: what’s the difference between a jam and jelly? Jam is from the whole fruit (minus peels) and jelly is from just the juice of the fruit, making it smooth in texture.

Thanks to 3 C’s Catering, we can order you a pie (or three! 😋) and have it delivered to our stand for pick up on Wednesday 11/22 between 10am and 2pm (special arrangements can be made for after 5pm pick ups too). For every pie ordered, get a free selection of 3 gourds on us for your table decor!

The main produce season is winding down. We are done picking sweet corn, which is sad but we had a great long season, and we’re working on getting the last of the potatoes dug this week. We also have garlic and cover crops to plant. In a few weeks we will use the straw in this photo to cover strawberries for the winter.

Our stand is still open full time through 10/31 with shortened hours on Halloween and then weekends only in November and December. Produce options include: grapes, apples, kiwi berries, peas, last of the tomatoes, peppers (last of the bells), potatoes, onions, garlic, winter squash and pumpkins. We also brought in kale, lettuce, swiss chard, celery and celeriac from the garden before pulling everything up so get these while you still can!
