✨ PART-TIME PRODUCTION HELP WANTED ✨
Shirt Production • Heat Pressing • Maker Support
We’re looking for a self-sufficient, dependable adult to join our production team part-time!
This could be a great fit for a maker mom, maker dad, crafter, small-business owner, or creative person who enjoys working with their hands and wants flexible part-time work in a creative environment.
What you’ll be doing:
• Pressing shirts and other apparel/products
• Following production sheets and keeping orders organized
• Checking placement, sizing and quality before products go out the door
• Helping with general production as needed
• Working with local makers to help produce their products using our equipment and capabilities
• Learning new processes and figuring things out along the way
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Self-sufficient and comfortable working independently
• VERY detail-oriented — crooked is crooked 😆
• Comfortable figuring things out and problem-solving
• Willing to ASK QUESTIONS when something doesn’t look or feel right
• Reliable and able to manage their time
• Comfortable communicating with customers and other local makers
• Interested in learning different types of production
Experience with shirt/apparel production is a BIG plus, especially heat pressing, DTF, sublimation, embroidery or similar maker processes — but the right person with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn is just as important.
Part-time to start, with potential for additional hours and responsibilities.
This is NOT a position where someone will stand over you and tell you what to do every five minutes. We’re looking for someone who can be shown a process, understand the goal, take ownership of the work, and speak up when they need clarification.
We’re a working production shop, so some days are organized production runs…and some days are very much “Okay, how are we going to make THIS?” 😂
