👕 DTF vs Screen Printing – What’s the Difference?
If you’re looking for custom shirts, you may hear about screen printing and DTF (Direct to Film) printing. While both methods work, DTF has become one of the most popular options for custom apparel today — and for good reason!
✨ Why DTF is great:
• Full-color prints with vibrant detail
• No minimum order — perfect for 1 shirt or 100
• Works on cotton, polyester, and blends
• Holds up great wash after wash
• Perfect for detailed artwork, photos, and multicolor designs
🔹 Screen printing is still a good option for very large bulk orders with simple designs and just a few colors, but it requires more setup and usually works best when printing many of the same shirt.
