Letter to my beautiful clients:
This decision has not been made lightly, but I have decided to close Booj Boutique’s Downtown Fairmont location on June 30, 2023. And believe me when I say that I thought about this, then thought about it some more, then overthought about it…even more…I truly did!
I have decided to step away from the brick-and-mortar retail side of business for a bit so I can concentrate on my well-being, my family and so many other things that deserve more attention than I have been able to give over the last 2 years.
It is because of YOU that this decision was so dang hard, I love working with you and helping you. The continued support has been so very good, and I am fortunate to have been able to be a success because of you. I am so happy to have met you and become your friend, thank you!
My dream was to open and run a boutique, and I did it…and I am so very proud of myself for doing just that, because if you know me, you know that I am NOT a risk taker or even do things on a whim. Not one single regret though, this has been one of the best experiences of my life and I couldn’t be happier I got to do what I wanted to do!
I am thrilled to be ending this business by my choice, not because we are “going under” or because of something out of my control. Please be supportive of me and understand that this is the best thing I can do for myself at this time.
The BEST part of this is…(insert drumroll)...I have invited Lori Darlins Boutique to use the Booj building space so she can spread out and give you a much better shopping experience! Lori will be able to offer you an even larger selection of women’s clothing with brands like Tribal, Picadilly and Ethyl. I am beyond excited for her move over to 115 Downtown Plaza in July, 2023. Let’s all give her a big, warm welcome!!
And please, stop in and say “thank you” to Al (Thursdays) and Aurora (Fridays) who have been such an integral part of running this business. They have been nothing short of amazing and I am very lucky to have had them both working with me for the last couple of years. So much love to both these gals!!
