We are thrilled to announce a groundbreaking partnership between AHVA (Alabama H**p and V**e Association) and the Alabama Business Association (ABA) to challenge the enforcement of HB8 and HB445. Together, we are taking a stand to protect Alabama’s small businesses and ensure our industry survives this unprecedented time.
The enforcement of these bills has left businesses across the state scrambling with little to no time to adjust. This partnership represents the unity and strength of our community as we band together to protect our livelihoods.
To kick off these litigation efforts, funding is urgently needed. Your contributions will directly support the legal fight to safeguard the v**e and h**p industries in Alabama.
