Is still a thing? Had to digitize some photos of yesteryear we have on the wall of the sugarhouse for a video project we’re being featured in. So while we had these images of the early days on our phone, thought we’d share. #

Things are slowing down in the Fairfield sugarbush, but we're still going strong from our trees in Cold Hollow - which has lived up to its name in the last few days. We know the end of the sugaring season is coming, but (fingers crossed), we're on track to have an excellent year.
