Stiff joints by dinner. Wide awake at 2am. Too hot to fall back asleep.

If perimenopause has your nights on repeat, try a different ritual before bed.

The Crush Relief Soaks are 8 of our best-selling bath soaks, each made for a different kind of night:
🌙 Midnight Superbloom for the nights sleep will not come
🌿 Northern Sage Recovery for hot flashes and stiff mornings
🍃 Eucalyptus Apothecary for aching muscles

Magnesium-rich salts and calming botanicals. pH balanced 4.5 to 5.5, with no synthetic fragrance.

"Sleeping 6 to 7 hours straight for the first time in a year." Patricia, 47
