We offer a full range of services from property management to leasing, and from commercial development to land acquisitions. Our commercial projects include a 10-property portfolio of superior retail and office centers located in first-choice locations across Northern Virginia, particularly in Fairfax and Loudoun Counties. Additionally we have a presence in revitalized urban areas in D.C. and in premier planned communities such as Broadlands and Stone Ridge. In addition to owning and operating the majority of our properties, Van Metre Commercial also provides third-party management services. Wondering why we do it:

Additionally we host cross-marketing and educational events facilitated by national organizations like Kellen Resources. Van Metre Commercial strengthens partnerships with tenants, such as Sunny’s Deli and Mug ‘n Muffin, by bringing unique and creative advertising strategies to life. Giving back to our communities and upholding philanthropy efforts has always been on the forefront of Van Metre’s company ideals. Events such as the Van Metre 5-Mile Run for Children’s National Medical Center held every Spring, 20+ years now, at Broadlands Marketplace in Ashburn, is just one of the many things Van Metre does to give back to those who we come in contact with every day. In 2012, Van Metre was named the most philanthropic builder in the nation, receiving the Hearthstone Builder Humanitarian Award at the International Builders Show in Orlando! We also support organizations like Women Giving Back, HomeAid, and Capital Caring Hospice. This year Van Metre Commercial is working to partner with long stand tenants, like Fairfax Travel, and new tenants, like Peak Neurofitness, to give back to returning Veterans and their families.
