I have snuck in some small projects inbetween quilts. Topstitching and applique is a FAVORITE activity of mine, so I was thrilled when I was asked to reinforce some letters on this super cute sweatshirt. ❤️❤️❤️

Graduation Quilt season has officially started!

I am currently taking orders for T-shirt quilts to be made in January!

I love taking a beloved pile of t shirts and making them into cozy rag quilts!

Rag quilts are a casual style of quilt with exposed seams that fray on the front of the quilt. I use the front and back from each t shirt to make each individual quilt block.

I am currently making quilts using 20 shirts / blocks. Small images from other shirts can be added for an additional fee.

Base prices for the 2025 Fall /Winter season will be $375 for a 20 block quilt.

Please message me here to make arrangements to have a quilt or other memory items made.

We will set an appointment to meet during shop hours at the Rewind Reuse Center and Workshop in Export for me to receive your freshly washed shirts.

Shirts will need to be packed in a storage tote that I can keep with the shirts. Your storage container will be returned with the finished quilt.

When your quilt is finished we will set another appointment at the Rewind Reuse Center and Workshop for you to receive your quilt.

Payment is due in full before I begin working on your quilt.

Please note:

Price includes 2 meetings: 1 for me to receive your shirts and 1 for you to receive your quilt. If additional meetings are needed there will be an additional charge.

This album shows a sample of graduation quilts and sports quilts I have made.

Each quilt is as graduation unique as the person it is made for. Some feature event shirts, others focus on school spirit, and some highlight favorite sports and past-times.

Hand sewing is a labor of love in this house. When my kiddos new shiny jumpsuit needed taken in for her NYE party...I gathered my things and got to work!

My last collection to share of quilts made over the holidays. Lap quilts were made for siblings of their late fathers clothings. I also made memory ornaments for them from his shirts. I hope the quilts brought them peace and comfort. ❤️
