OUR STORY (and we're sticking to it!)
We ran into some hard times, some our fault, some not. we could write a inspiring and funny book about our past year or so but its too long and involved for now. We will certainly letcha all know when the book is published:).
Any ways...finding ourselves on the short end of the cash flow stick, we started selling things we had laying around on Ebay, Offer Up, and Letgo. We found out real quick that we seem to have a knack for the buy and sell thing so we decided to escalate and take a chance that we never would have 2 years ago. Being almost homeless and not sure where your dinner is coming from teaches you to be much more spontaneous and willing to take chances. You have nothing to lose or be scared of anymore. Been there done that!
I have developed this weird obsession with watches and through networking with others that suffer from the same affliction I have been able to procure some good contacts with wholesalers. By selling display models, getting great prices ourselves and s**t like that, we save you some clams on your wrist originated timekeeping needs. You will always see a "Watch" section of our site.
Dorie has this uncanny ability to find "diamonds in the rough" She finds nice stuff - clothes, shoes, purses, you know, s**t like that. She goes to thrift stores, garage sales etc. "Like new" name brand items that we can sell to you for much cheaper than Nordstrom's. You will always see a "Hand Picked" section in our store.
We have plans on adding and maintaining a "Local Artists" section too that will hopefully be a mainstay as well...
We recently got hit by the essential oil craze, and believe in it. We have a few products but we plan on expanding it. There's a good chance you will see a line of air plants soon...maybe. We have thoughts of a "Skull Section" (All things skulls) Like we say, check our site often, you never know what you might find.
Let us know what you think of the air plant and skull sections cuz we're not sure if we're just crazy but feel like they would be cool to have. Be honest with your feedback because there's a better that 50/50 chance we ARE nuts! Any ideas? We would love to hear from them.
We have plans for some cool interactive promotions (that includes free crap) and flat out
discounts to keep our visitors coming back.
We already are donating almost 10% of our sales to benefit the innocent in need - animals and children. We feel a huge need to give back. Also, we really need a truck...
All of this costs money we don't have, so spread the word for us - and help us help the innocent. Oh yeah - We need a truck too. WWW.DEWS2.COM!!!
