Learn to make your own scrappy quilted witch hat with Stephanie at Lavender Rose Fabrics 💜

You need:
10 - strips 2.5" x WOF for outside of hat.
19" X WOF for hat liner.
19" x 19" flex foam or similar for brim.
2 squares of 17" x 17" batting for cone.
Decorative sew-in label (optional)
24" ruler with 60° angle line
Rotary cutter
Pins and/or clips

Notes:
-all seams are 1/4"
-snip around all curved edges before flipping.

Templates can be found in any witch hat pattern. My favorite is the "Spellbound Hat" by Melissa Mortenson.
