*Announcement* We are coming into our 3rd year as a family-run, and owned, small business and we are finding our path with the Raven & Rose Boutique coming to a crossroads. Our lease will end at the Historic Lane Building this summer, and we’re hoping to find a buyer for the boutique turnkey. We’ve enjoyed being a part of the Eugene community and we know how many of you enjoy the boutique. We’d love to find someone to take the reigns and keep it going in this amazing location. Feel free to reach out if interested. Until then, we’ll be open as posted on our profile and happy to have you visit. We still have so much inventory on sale and loads of local, unique products available!

The Historic Lane Building is looking beautiful on these chilly nights! We’ve been doing some deep diving into the history of this historical building in Eugene. It’s mostly been a hostel, hotel, or residential apartments in its 119 years. Some names it’s had are “Gross Hotel”, “Griggs Hotel”, and the “Palace Hotel”. The Palace Hotel was an adult residence until 1978. Now it houses local businesses on all floors! The first floor along 5th and Willamette is in the picture, where Tim's Trims Barber Services , Raven & Rose Boutique , and Sip Champagne and Dessert Bar reside! Coordinates: 44°03′16″N 123°05′35″W
