Open junction boxes and pigtails on wiring in attics is common but not good!! Attic Inspections... Every effort needs to be made to get up there and look around!!

Crawlspace inspections can show a lot if the inspector actually looks!! Here you can see the floor joist isn't even touching the beam due to water coming in under the house and the piers sinking!

Inspections of the roof are crucial in older homes... small gaps can cause big problems! If it's possible and safe we will walk the roof to find issues!! Gap in the vent pipe boot and missing caulk created water issues inside for the owner!
