In the absence of an FDA ruling, the states are having to address the issue and pass their own regulations. As the owner of Steamers ecig, we have recognized the obligation to self-regulate and have always included 'must be 18 to purchase' and Warning: contains ni****ne on all packaging and advertisements. We completely agree on no sales to minors and do not sell flavors either. Some are proposing further regulations equal to to***co ci******es, like taxation and public banning. Ci******es have been proven to cause over 400,000 deaths annually and deserve the "sin tax". Ni****ne vaporizers(electronic ci******es) are more similar to the ni****ne patch and ni****ne gum. Both have no tar, only trace toxins and no combustion. The public indoor ban is OK, as long as they don't ban an individual from using the safer alternative to the to***co cigarette which is not banned.
