Hello anglers, walleye fishing has really picked up. Anglers are reporting getting walleye straight out of shades at 52 fow,off the point 45 to 52 fow,50 fow off north east marina. Most popular bait is crawlers and crawler harnesses,we have a spinner made by a local that's pretty popular too. Anglers have been reporting using plugs and spoons too. Bass fishing has been decent off the piers and in northeast marina. 16 and 20 mile creek also have bass in them. Anglers are still fishing off the piers for some pan fish it's been up and down. Eaton reservoir bass, walleye and some perch using minnows, medium goldens or lures. We have a lot of good deals going on for every kind of fishing. Thank you for all your support and happy fishing.

Hello anglers, I just checked the camera at shades and water looks great for anyone wanting to fish lake Erie today. 1 ft rollers on the camera plus the wind has died down a lot. Anglers are still catching fish in close using lures at night off south pier and shades beach. Bass still being caught as t 16 and 20 mile creek and in the marina at Northeast using plastics with a jig head. Lake pleasant still has some trout in it and some pan fish too. The perch fishing off the piers are up and down. Bass also being caught off north and south pier using leeches or worms. Hertzel pond crappie still being caught. Eaton reservoir walleye,bass and some perch. The water work ponds might still have some stocked trout plus they have some pan fish in there. We have lots of great deals in the store for lures, plastics plus we have good pricing on rods,reels and combos. Any angler who served in the military no tax on purchases of 10.00 or more for May 24 th and may 25 th. Don't forget if you sign up for the June walleye bash the first five customers get a free Michigan stinger spoon large or small spoon your choice. Erie walleye bash is June 26 the is big fish Friday and June 27 is main tournament. May 24 th is fish for free day,we are open regular hours for the memorial day weekend and memorial day.
