Without our CSA, there might not be a Bella’s Blooms. 💐
Back in 2022, this started as a flower subscription for a handful of friends willing to support a dream I had.
Turns out, the dream became much bigger.
It didn’t take long to realize that people right here in Erie were interested in the flowers we were growing - the unusual varieties, the seasonality, and the idea that beautiful flowers could be grown right here in our own community.
That CSA helped pave the way for almost everything that came after: weddings, events, The Studio, retail sales, wholesale flowers, dahlia tubers, workshops, and so much more.
Now, we’re in our fifth season with a CSA that has grown to 100 members. It still feels so surreal to stop and see what we’ve done here.
If you’re not familiar, a CSA is a seasonal flower subscription and one of the best ways to experience what’s growing on our farm throughout the year.
Members receive bouquets filled with the best of what’s blooming that week. The flowers are grown here, harvested at peak freshness, and arranged around the season rather than a predetermined recipe. One week might look completely different from the next, and that’s kind of the point.
By joining, you’re also supporting all the work that happens before a bouquet reaches your hands: planning, planting, tending, and harvesting.
At the end of the season, we invite our CSA members to the farm for a private tour. It’s a chance to see where their flowers grow, walk the fields, and meet other flower lovers!
Every year, we have so many people asking us how they can join.
The bad news: our 2026 CSA sold out before the winter was over.
The good news: the 2027 CSA sale is just a few months away.
We launch around Black Friday, with newsletter subscribers getting early access. Since it tends to sell out fast, that early access can come in handy.

Five seasons later, the CSA is still one of the most important things we do here, and we’re so grateful that what started with a handful of friends has grown into this.
