I love filling my life with interesting, vintage, and re-usable items with history and quality. The cliché is true when it is said they don't make it like they used to anymore! I find the majority of my materials from estate sales to re-purpose into functional and fashionable chic jewelry. Because of this, each product I make has a limited quantity making each item more unique. I am passionate about homemade artisan items and support local artists and businesses whenever I can.

I'm excited to announce that you can now find Through The Side Door at Sassafras Street Hair Company !! I have been going to Therese Fogl Sivers to get my hair done for several years now where I always look forward to our chats about fixing up old homes and decorating with unique antique items we find. She has a skill and an eye for finding some really great pieces that she started selling online in her free time (lol) between running her hair salon business.

Theresa has just recently opened up the extra space in her salon to display and sell her pieces in a mini boutique type setting for anyone to stop by and shop! She also has a couple of other local crafters and artists creations for sale as well! She has a beautiful salon and is very much multi-talented!

For any last minute Christmas shopping needs for others or yourself 😉 keep Sassafras Street Hair Company in your mind! She will be in her salon late today and most of tomorrow but is also available by appointment!

This Saturday 12/10 I will be at the Meadville Market House 5-9pm! I will be having a Buy 3 Get 1 FREE Sale on all Fabric button earrings (including clip-ons and metal free plastic posts). It will be a packed event! This will be my last weekend of events for 2022 - I am incredibly grateful for all the places I have been able to travel to and all the people I have had the honor of meeting :)

Thank you very much to the grandmother/mother of and .inksta who brought me a large bag of buttons while we each worked our booths at the Downtown Erie Fall Festival! I have become obsessed with old buttons and absolutely love finding a new jar, tin, or bag of old buttons to go through and design new creations with. Leaning into button lady status 😉

I've been lucky enough to see the family that makes up these two incredible businesses often over the past two years and admire all their awesome handmade chapsticks and unique floral arrangements (like their flower flights!) Definitely check them out!

Today is the last day of the Eerie Horrorfest at the Warner Theater where I have a booth with several other incredibly talented artists! In between movie showings and interviews consider checking out the Erie Women's March next door at Perry Square today 12-4!! It's time to stop the systematic erosion of human rights!!
