Stop by The Paint Box Gallery in North Ephraim and see this incredible work by Victor Poole as it is being restored. Now deceased, Poole was credited with being one of the first people to bring the arts scene to Door County when he started an art school for veterans in Frogtown! Paint Box Gallery is open 10-4.

Word just came in from Red Putter Mini Golf...33 people played in the Second Annual Frostbite Open! After two rounds of play, Nick Kwaterski of Sister Bay took home the first place trophy and $700 cash.

The Red Putter will host the county's coldest golf tournament, the second annual Frostbite Open, today at 2 pm in North Ephraim. The renowned mini golf course will serve hot beverages and chili to keep players warm as they compete for $1,100 in prize money. 64 players competed in last year's event in 10-degree weather and 30 mile per hour winds.

NEWS BREAK! Welcome to the neighborhood: Julie's Upscale Resale, formerly located behind the Sister Bay Bowl in the same building with Cellcom, is moving to North Ephraim, at the corner of Townline Rd. and Hwy 42, in front of The Spa at Sacred Grounds. With new space that totals 3,700 sq. ft., owner Julie Diltz and employee Heidi Penchoff will welcome their many customers at an undetermined date after the first of the year.
