Well, we finally get snow, but unfortunately it’s just so much snow that our road is still closed. The safety of our staff and customers will always come first. Hopefully tomorrow will be able to get SR 410 clear and safe, and we’ll be able to enjoy some of this white stuff. We sure appreciate all of their hard work!

Man oh man that’s a lot of snow and it’s still coming! Due to the unsafe road conditions, road closures, and Crystal closures we too are going to remain closed today to focus on snow removal and building maintenance. The safety of our team and customers is our biggest priority. Stay home and warm today friends, but we hope to see you tomorrow for some fresh turns!

PS: that’s our one and only Pascal in the first picture. He is working hard to help us unbury the building and walkways. Thanks Pascal!

Better late than never! Mother Nature is showing her true colors today and dumping the good stuff on us. The highway is currently closed for snow removal, but keep your eyes on for updated road reports. As soon as the highway is open, we will be open!!

As always, be prepared for winter weather and driving conditions and give yourself plenty of time. Keep the snow dances coming friends!! ❄️ ❄️

We are SO excited to be open again starting tomorrow!!

Just a quick PSA. We are still experiencing post storm troubles. While we can and do accept all credit cards, we are still currently without internet and our offline credit card processing moves very, VERY slow right now. If possible, cash is preferred. This will help speed things up and make things easier when you come to visit us. We do have an ATM, however it does not work without internet. 🙃

Currently our hours will be 8-5ish Monday-Thursday and 8-5 or 6ish Friday-Saturday. Our hours will adjust more as more operations at Crystal become available.

Again, we cannot wait to reopen! See you tomorrow!

In the mountains things happen fast and as I’ve said before, we roll with the punches so to speak. The prayers and well wishes are working and we have good news folks!

Crystal Mountain will be opening on Saturday December 20th with very limited operations due to the current road conditions and still limited snow. Parking reservations are required! This means we will be OPEN too!

We can’t wait to kick off this ski season and see everyone. It’s been a wild ride, but we have the absolute best staff, community, and supporters. Come get some holiday shopping on and as always, FREE gift wrapping with purchase. 🙌🙌🙌

Unfortunately Mother Nature wins yet again. Due to the flooding and road closures as a result, Wapiti Outdoors will be closed this weekend and possibly longer based on these road closures. We will roll with the punches and keep you all informed as we know more. Stay safe dear friends and pray for snow!

Let’s go!!!

Hey, Chinook and Cayuse pass fans! You've asked. And you've asked. And then you asked some more. And we finally have an answer. SR 410 Chinook Pass and SR 123 Cayuse Pass will reopen for the season on Friday morning, May 23.

Remember that services AND cell reception are limited in this area.

Be aware that Mount Rainier National Park has a project in progress to repair sections of SR 123, which adds about 30 minutes of travel time, seven days a week, through October. More info here: https://www.nps.gov/mora/planyourvisit/park-construction.htm

Also keep in mind that this year marks the second season of the timed-entry reservations into the Sunrise Corridor, beginning July 11: https://www.recreation.gov/timed-entry/10101917

Time to get excited because starting tomorrow (5/16) we are back to being open daily!! We are still waiting for Chinook Pass to reopen, but we can’t wait to see everyone again. Our hours will be flexible (hence the -ish) which means we may close earlier than posted. However, we’ll be here for YOU daily. Stop in and say hi and check out what’s new! New inventory is still showing up daily!

Starting Tuesday April 22nd we will officially be in our shoulder season. Due to the closing of Crystal Mountain’s midweek operations starting that week, as well as Chinook and Cayuse Pass still being closed, we too will enjoy a little “slack” time and take midweek off while we wait for our summer operations to kick off. We will resume summer hours Memorial Day weekend. As always, our hours may change without notice! Some days we may open earlier. Some days we may close earlier than posted. And, some days we may not open at all. We appreciate your continued business and support and we’re looking forward to our summer season! ☀️ 🌹
