Sam’s Custom Car Freshies

🧡Well friends and loyal customers… I’ve come to a decision regarding Sam’s Custom Car Freshies - I originally said I’d be reopening in August, but I know in my heart what I want to do.

After stepping away from the freshie business for awhile, I have realized just how much stress on myself (and family) it was causing. I have loved being able to spend more quality time with my toddler and hubby and focus on my primary job without thinking about all the orders I had to finish in any spare time I had. I will no longer be making individual custom orders. I will finish the current orders I have within the next few weeks. I have not yet reached a decision about selling pre-made items during the holidays; I will continue to ponder/pray if that is the right direction for me and my small business.

First let me say - I LOVE creating your freshies for you!!! I started this business on a whim after my son passed away in 2020. It gave me a purpose and something to pour my thoughts and energy into. Thank you for choosing me to make your special items and helping me through that process, even if you didn’t realize the extent. I don’t want to play the economy card, but with how expensive everything is right now, I don’t want to have to keep raising prices just to keep my head above water on this business when my heart isn’t fully invested. I can’t wait to focus on current and new hobbies/goals/activities, both in work and my personal life.

Everyone who ordered from me, gets the title of BEST CUSTOMERS IN THE WORLD! You all truly made my business what it was - very enjoyable and successful! I have learned so so much through this experience!! I can’t thank you enough. It was a magical 4+ years, and you are the foundation to that!

I will keep the FB page and group open for now and will post ready-to-sell freshie threads if I get the urge to design and create in the upcoming months.

📣📣📣Announcement📣📣📣

I am going to be taking a break from making freshies for the month of July. My she-shed gets wayyyy too hot in the Summer, even with a window AC unit. I also have a full time job and a toddler at home, and I want to spend more time with her this Summer.☀️🏖️

💥💥I WILL be taking orders until the end of June. After that custom orders will be cut off until further notice. My hope for the future is to either extend TAT, only open during special Holidays/events, or to take custom orders during designated timeframes.

Thank you everyone who has supported my small business. 🫶🫶🫶 Your support means everything to me! This has been an exciting and educational three years. I can’t wait to see how this journey evolves.
