One of our suppliers referred one of their customers who needed some help in bringing an idea to life. A family member was retiring, and they wanted to make the perfect gift… a custom Stratocaster guitar. We were engaged to take his one-of-a-kind walnut glue up and complete the cnc work for the body. A two-dimensional drawing was provided by the client which we turned into a 3D rendering and completed the rough CNC work. While there was some leeway for the insert tolerances, the neck of the guitar junction was critical. After several measurements, lots of checking and rechecking, we initiated the milling process. We are happy and proud to report that on the first cut; we brought their concept to life. They then took the rough-cut milling and completed the internal holes, wiring and finishing of the guitar. Here are a few photos of the rough cut followed by the resin and finishing work completed by the client.

We would like to thank everyone for another successful holiday season! 2024 finished strong and 2025 is already ramping up to provide custom products to several companies and individuals who depend on us for their promotional or gift giving needs.

We took a few weeks off to complete some routine maintenance, complete some upgrades and install a new dust collection system. We are looking forward to seeing the positive impact on our production in the coming weeks.

Andy Anderson started at Endwell Fire in 1973. Recently recognized for his 50 YEARS of service we wanted to do something special for him. We created this custom carving from Walnut for Andy! If you see him out in about in Endwell or refereeing on a field near you, be sure to thank him for his years of service!
