An update on the flooding in my studio:
With a little help from my friends and a few technicians, I fired her up for her maiden post-flood voyage across the seas from greenware to the final stages of stoneware. She survived intact and all seems to be well!
Thanks again for all your concern and outreach with offers to help. They were all greatly appreciated!

Blueberry Fest is done and I'm back to dealing with the water damage in my studio. And I wanted to take a moment here to thank each and every one of you who stepped in to help me, offered to help, and all the other various ways that you did. Some you may not even realize. I'm usually a very private and independent person and it's not always easy to ask for help!

Today Blue Earth Pottery took a big hit. Flooding of at least 6 inches throughout the entire studio (which is my basement). Not sure yet of the entirety of the damage, but it's not insignificant. Kiln damage for sure and maybe wheel... Washer and dryer too. Lots of loss... Glazes for sure. It'll eventually be ok but I'm going to be out of the game for an indeterminate amount of time, so thanks in advance for your patience. And a HUGE thank you to the neighbors and friends who pitched in to bail water and help in whatever way they could..I feel quite supported❤️.
Edit to say I'll be at Blueberry Fest booth 31.

It's clay delivery day! From pallet, to my little car, to the garage. Next step will be to the studio.
This day always reminds me to tell you how grateful I am for all of you...from my small customers to the largest...to family and friends and all the support I receive from each of you! I couldn't continue this without all of you!
